    你好，导入PPT时总是出现错误：Error:could not create an instance of powerpoint viewer
    一开始安装PPT转换器时我用的是金山WPS，后来卸载装了office 2007，也把PPT转换器重新卸载安装了 但现在还是不能导入，能帮我解决一下吗？急用！！！！

    你好，我刚升级为VIP，刻录DVD失败，原视频是VOB格式，在电脑可正常播放，刻录了两次，选了不同制式，PAL制式在倒数第三步失败，NTSC在最后一步失败。最后出来一个让我发送错误报告的通知，看有不能从电脑播放的视频吗，我看了下都可以正常播放。想发帖求助，没权限，请帮助！
